ENWESA was incorporated as a state trading company whose shareholders are Equipos Nucleares, S.A. and Westinghouse Technology Services, S.A. Its procurement is as per its internal procurement instructions. It prepares an annual forecast included in the consolidated budget of the SEPI Group, forming part of the General State Budget, with the budgetary information required by Law 19/2013, of 9 December on transparency, access to public information and good governance, publicly available in the economic and financial information of the portal of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.
The financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December of each year, and the Board of Directors prepares the annual accounts, the management report and the proposed distribution of profits within three months after the end of the financial year, for subsequent submission to the General Meeting of Shareholders for approval within the legally established period.
