Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance allows citizens to exercise the right of access to public information, in those areas that are not covered by the part of active publicity contained in this portal.
Therefore, from ENWESA we offer you, through this transparency mailbox, the possibility of exercising this right, within the limits provided by law.
How can you exercise this right?
ENWESA offers you the following means:

The request may be submitted by any of the above means, and must specify:
- Name and surname of the applicant.
- Attach a copy of the DNI, NIE or passport.
- Information requested.
- A contact address, preferably electronic.
PROCEDURE:
Once your request has been received, ENWESA's competent body to hear the requests will issue acknowledgement of receipt, and may require further documentation, if necessary.
The general term for resolution is one month, which may be extended for an additional month in the event that the volume or complexity of the information requested makes it necessary. In this case, ENWESA must give prior notice to the applicant.
Once the term specified above has elapsed, ENWESA's competent body will decide on the admission, inadmissibility, granting or denial, total or partial, of the request for information.
LEGAL RECOURSE:
In case of disagreement with the resolution issued, the applicant may file an optional complaint with the Consejo de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno (CTBG) within one month, or go to the contentious-administrative jurisdiction within two months.
The personal data you provide in the request for access to public information will be processed by Enwesa Operaciones, S.A., S.M.E. (Enwesa) in order to manage, process and respond to your request for access to public information. The legal basis for the processing is Law 19/2013 and, in addition, your own request. Additionally, based on our legitimate interest, we will use the data, segregated and/or anonymized to make reports of figures or statistics related to Enwesa's transparency portal. The data may be communicated to third parties for which there is a legal obligation. Once your request for access has been answered, or when the processing of your data is no longer necessary for the aforementioned purpose, Enwesa will proceed to its cancellation. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation or portability by requesting it to the postal address above or to the e-mail lopd@enwesa.com.
